- Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
- Devising a merchandise plan using the above techniques.
- Relaying the merchandise plan to the buyer who, in turn, can decide on what products, styles, colors, etc to purchase and from which suppliers, at what price.
- Build incremental revenue by identifying assortment gaps and Optimize width assortment by trimming tail styles.
- Data management and interpretation on sales and stocks for maximizing on-site Sell Thru with MIS Report to decide category-wise strategy.
- Analyzing the trends prevailing in the international market and forecast for the season.
- End of Season Sales Planning, Fresh stock planning and monitor OTB as per annual and season plan.
- Budget validation & Season Forecasting Validating the present MDQ & MBQ
Required Candidate profile
- Prior experience in the e-commerce merchandising footwear category is a must.
- 5+ yrs exp with planning role in merchandising/buying/brand setups for online brands &e-commerce platforms.
- In-depth experience in Sourcing, Designing, and Buying footwear & accessories.
- Should be Excellent in Excel
