- Planning the range for the season.
- Option planning & buying
- Ensuring availability at stores
- Performance reviews & sell-through.
- Promotion planning
- Competition mapping
- Buying /Merchandising for Crocs Pan India
- Stock availability and forecasting the requirement.
- New store planning and the assortment
- Communication with brand regarding product and brand campaign.
- Ensuring smooth automated replenishment and ensuring new styles master gets updated in the system.
- Initiating the promotions in the system according to the brand marketing calendar.
- Rectifying the assortments in existing stores by looking at the analysis reports.
- Monitoring new stock performance as well as top sellers in all stores.
