Key Account Manager – Ecommerce

Business:

Responsible to deliver the planned net sales number for the category. Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, building relationships with the portals and internal teams to executing complete business operations of e-commerce at each level.

Monitoring key metrics of returns, discounts, asp, marketing%. Reducing discount in the category by 5%, reducing returns in the category by 5%.

End to end responsibility of cataloguing with required inputs for ensuring optimized content on partner platforms across 100% of catalog.

Identifying bestsellers and ensuring key features and call-outs with content team. Build rating and reviews on selected bestseller styles across each-sub-cat.

Preparing sales forecast as per sales plan and sharing and collaborating with buying team to ensure stock availability. Driving and enabling exclusive product launches.

Comfortable to work with large sets of data. Strong analytics and deep dive on data to be presented internally and efficiently using the insights for positive outcome in business.

Operations:

Supporting the operations function and driving excellence in existing processes.

Ensuring fill rate commitment and tracking inventory forecast for each account.

Marketing: End to end responsibility to manage marketing spends and campaign activity for select key accounts. Timely execution of ads and adhering to budgets and ROI targets.

Reconciliation:

Deep dive in financial reconciliation and support the relevant teams with closure from Key accounts within the defined time period.

Validation of sales, returns and claims data and share with relevant teams.
