Responsibilities-
- Drive daily outbound dispatch throughput with 100% pick & pack accuracy and minimal stock variance.
- Manage WMS transactions, Put-to-Light operations, and ensure planned throughput in primary and secondary sortation.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and ensure deliveries within agreed TAT.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to shortages, pilferage, and operational bottlenecks.
- Train dispatch teams, review performance with city managers, and continuously improve system-driven outbound processes.
