Responsibilities-
- Drive achievement of budgeted sales and quota targets across managed categories and stores.
- Plan and control OTB in line with MOI objectives to ensure profitable inventory management.
- Maintain optimal stock availability and monitor head item assortment for consistent in-store performance.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store teams and cross-functional functions (Supply Chain, IT, Retail Ops) for seamless category execution.
