Mr. Utpal Hemendra Sheth is a Non-Executive Director (Nominee Director) on the Board of Metro Brands Limited. He assumed the role of a non-executive director on 14th March, 2007. Mr. Sheth earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.

In recognition of his expertise, Mr. Sheth has been honoured with a certificate of merit by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He has been actively engaged with Rare Enterprises, a proprietary asset management firm, since 2003. In his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer, he oversees investment and risk management, contributing significantly to the firm’s strategic direction.
