Responsibilities-
- Conduct TNI to identify retail training needs and skill gaps.
- and execute the retail training calendar aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver sales, product, and customer service training programs.
- Manage LMS, employee IDPs, and external training partnerships.
- Prepare MIS reports to track training effectiveness and ROI.
